Sophie has an infectious attitude towards fitness and health. It is her mission to share this will all her clients. Believing strongly in living your life to its full capacity, it is certainly too short to diet and restrict. Sophie works on eliminating negativities towards food and exercise, allowing her clients to physically and emotionally feel the benefits of incorporating a change in lifestyle habits, eating healthily (most of the time) and generating energy through the use of exercise. Whether the focus is cardio vascular, strength, or mobility... whatever elements are important to you, feeling energised/strong/mobile and having your health is so important. Sophie facilitates this through training and motivating her clients, whatever their goals.
